Bros before...

If there is one thing I can thank God for, it's my brothers. I mean, I have zillions of things to be thankful for, but my brothers are in the Top 5.

When I was younger, my brothers thought of me as "the little sister". You know, typical aggravating sister who tries to do everything the big kids do. Of course, little me didn't understand that and I thought that I would never be close to my brothers. That is no longer the case! A lot has happened to get where we are. Missionary trips, internships, births, deaths, moves.. more moves, etc, but life with them is so good! Today, Joshuah, my brother who's 8 years older than me, and I talked for almost an hour about my life here and my plans to stay with him this summer. We talked about my borderline-psychotic workout regiment and how in a few short months our family will be in Hawaii on our very first family vacation.. to a cool place. Jacob and I talk every time we're on Facebook and we always talk about what's new with his friends (my second set of siblings) and how his college graduation and my high school graduation are coming up. We've skype some times and every time we talk on the phone, it's always nearly an hour or more.

It literally breaks my heart when I hear about families where the siblings aren't close. My brothers are my rocks and my heroes (I'm not just saying that because Jacob is reading this). I've learned to be a woman of God and the shortcut on the beach level in Mario Kart on the 64. I've learned about proteining and Avatar: The Lat Airbender.  And even though they're hours away, they're still the greatest brothers ever! And here are some pictures to prove it:

I love my brothers.

Love & Creep,
Jess
