We all do it

I learned a very valuable lesson today, and the lesson is a simple one: Don't judge a book by its cover.

The saying as old as time, but is it just me or do we say it more often than actually abide by it? This isn't going to be a long post, all I'm saying is stop judging the moment someone comes into your life. I know people who automatically don't like another person because they're better than them. In looks, in wealth, in personality, etc. And on the other hand, some judge people for not being as pretty, rich, or outgoing as them. I've been guilty of that, to be honest, but I'm over that stage. I think I'm old enough to know that I need to get to know a person before you label them as something or other. I think it's inevitable to think or believe things about people, but not making it concrete or telling people what you believe.

That's just a thought.

Love & Creep,
Jess
